CARGO & MAIL HANDLING
The premier Mail Handler at the J.F.K USPS International Sort Center (ISC). We value the importance of our customers’ assets and provide 100% Unit Load Device (ULD) control, proof of delivery, and documented custody of the equipment.
GSE SERVICES
Establishing an organized schedule of Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) we minimizes the likelihood of failure due to equipment use and age. We offer a wide range of services that ensures your aircraft are properly maintained and prepared for flight, minimizing turnaround times, and maintaining high standards of safety and comfort for passengers and crew.
AIRCRAFT ANCILLARY SERVICES
A full array of services, our dedicated team is ready to service our customers 24 hours a day, 7-days a week. We pride ourselves in contributing to on-time departures currently servicing both cargo and passenger carriers.

FUMIGATION SERVICES
A certified USDA fumigation facility,
we specialize in the treatment of perishable goods imported into the US. Adhering to stringent USDA regulations, guaranteeing the safety and quality of the treated products, we effectively eliminate pests and contaminants, protecting both the integrity of the
perishables
and public health.
AIRCRAFT APPEARANCE
Aircraft cleanliness and appearance impact passenger perception. Regular cleaning, polishing, and maintenance keep the interior and exterior pristine, ensuring a professional look. This enhances the travel experience, reflects positively on the airline’s image, brand, and reinforces passenger comfort and confidence in the airline’s commitment to safety and quality service.
PASSENGER SERVICE
We provide seamless travel services, including ticketing, check-in, boarding, and VIP handling, with support for passengers with reduced mobility and smooth arrival assistance. Amenities like lost & found, lobby services, and gate activities ensure comfort and convenience throughout the journey.
BAGGAGE SERVICES
Assisting with monitoring the arrivals belts, handling of oversized or special baggage, reporting missing or damaged bags, tracking through World Tracer, and ensuring bag repatriation.

LOAD CONTROL
At ASAK, we ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations by determining and managing the aircraft's weight distribution; including fuel & cargo, while aligning with the flight plan and producing a precise load sheet for safety and efficiency.
TURNAROUND COORDINATOR
Working closely with the flight crews we assist in overseeing fueling, catering, baggage handling, and jet bridge operations, ensuring seamless flight operations.
