Arnold Sue | CEO

Arnold has worked in JFK since 2007 for some of the largest Ground Handling companies. Arnold was born and raised in Queens, NY where he attended Aviation H.S. earning his FAA Aircraft Maintenance Licenses. Arnold is also a member of the New York Air National Guard where he holds the rank as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. Arnold started his aviation career as a ramp agent, moving up through his time to oversee multiple operations. With his thorough understanding of maintenance, Arnold moved on to sales, leasing, and refurbishment of Ground Service Equipment.

Alminko Kojic | President

Alminko has worked in JFK since 2010 for some of the largest Ground Handling Companies. Alminko was born in Bosnia and migrated to the US in 1997. Alminko was a member of the New York Air National Guard where he earned the rank of a Non-Commissioned Officer. Alminko started his aviation career as a ramp agent in the cargo division, quickly advancing to an Operations Manager reporting directly to the VP of Operations. Eventually moving forward to become the subject matter expert in establishing FOB operations throughout the USA.

Philip Beauvais
DIRECTOR OF ASSETS & PROCUREMENT

A seasoned professional with over 37 years of experience in airline ground service equipment (GSE) operations and a U.S. Air Force veteran, he has developed an extensive skill set in fleet management, equipment procurement, and maintenance in the civilian and military sectors.

He has held senior roles, including Director of GSE Maintenance and Procurement at Ground Services International, where he expanded operations, implemented electric GSE to reduce the carbon footprint, and managed a major $30 million project at JFK International Airport.

With technical expertise in hydraulic, propulsion, and diesel engine systems and OSHA compliance, Phil excels in team leadership, safety initiatives, and strategic planning to improve operational efficiency.

Breon Taylor Sr.
Director of Operations

With 17 years of experience in the aviation industry, particularly in ground handling and airline operations, he has a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and demands of the field.

Successfully managing large teams and overseeing operations with over 500 employees, including a three-year tenure at Terminal 7 focused on enhancing operational efficiency and delivering premium service; committed to maintaining safe, reliable operations as a foundation for success. He is deeply passionate about the aviation industry, he remains committed to driving excellence in operations.

Cathy Romano | Director of Passenger Services

A seasoned Executive Manager with over 30 years of experience in the aviation and ground handling industry, specializing in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Renowned for fostering strong client relationships, she has a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, resolve complex challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

With a customer-first mindset and expertise in service delivery, she is dedicated to creating seamless, world-class experiences for clients and stakeholders alike.
