RAMP HANDLING
Vital to rapid aircraft turnaround, ASAK takes care of everything that happens on the ground around the plane. We take pride in training our team in marshalling, using hand signals or illuminated batons to guide the aircraft safely into its parking position. This ensures the plane is aligned correctly with ground equipment and jet bridges, especially in tight or complex ramp layouts.
Required to back the plane away from the gate for departure safely, we use our specialized towing & pushback vehicles to move aircraft when engines are off. Additionally, while on the ground, we also provide lavatory and water services, playing a quiet yet critical role in removing waste and replenishing fresh water, maintaining hygiene and comfort for the next set of passengers. Working in coordination to keep flights running smoothly and on time.
BAGGAGE HANDLING
Lost or damaged luggage is inconvenient and costly, and it will reflect poorly on your airline. Baggage handling is a core component of ground operations that ensures passengers’ luggage travels with them efficiently and securely.
Whether it’s check-in or arrivals; bags are tagged, sorted, and loaded into containers directly into the aircraft’s cargo hold, and upon arrival, our team unloads bags and delivers them to the appropriate baggage claim.
With the changes at JFK, we have added a crucial layer of service by helping transport bags onto shuttles, helping ease the transition for passengers moving between terminals, gates, or even airport facilities like customs and immigration. By handling this “last mile” of the baggage journey, our team improves efficiency and enhances the passenger experience.

CABIN APPEARANCE
Our cabin and lavatory cleaning ensures spotless passenger areas while keeping everything hygienic. The crew rest compartments and galleys are sanitized for comfort and food safety, and the flight deck is cleaned for a safe working environment. Regulated waste is properly collected and disposed of to uphold cleanliness and safety.
SECURE CLEAN SEARCH
During a cabin security check, crew members follow security protocols to ensure safety and compliance. They inspect key areas such as overhead bins, seats, and galleys while working efficiently to minimize inspection times. Any irregularities or concerns are promptly reported to ensure a secure and safe environment for all passengers and crew.
